Board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology, Dr. Armenio received his fellowship training in Hematology/Medical Oncology and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Brown University School of Medicine. After graduating from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine through Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Armenio’s research interests include medical oncology and clinical trials. He is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine.
Dr. Armenio has served on numerous committees at Roger Williams related to cancer care and quality and currently serves as Chairman of the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) committee at the Cancer Center.
